Camargo, IL (January 11, 2010) - Jason Shank - O’Reilly All Star Late Model Series Director The O’Reilly All Star Late Model Series Inaugural Season will officially come to a close on Saturday, February 27, 2010 at the Days Inn and Conference Center in Butler, PA. The ASLMS Banquet will be held in conjunction with Lernerville Speedway’s Annual Awards Banquet. Presentations will be made for the drivers who finished at the top of the series point standings including Series Champion Robbie Blair of Titusville, PA. Blair snagged one win (Tri-City Speedway) with the tour in 2009 on his way to his first ASLMS Championship. Runner-up Boom Briggs from Bear Lake, PA, led all competitors in wins in 2009 with three, Lernerville Speedway, KC Raceway (OH), and Butler (MI) Motor Speedway. ‘Hot’ Rod Conley out of Wheelersburg, OH took home an ASLMS win at Hartford (MI) Motor Speedway en route to a third place finish in the standings. Youngsters Coleby Frye of Dover, PA, Jared Hawkins of Fairmont, WV, and Jared Miley of South Park, PA used a combined nineteen top-ten finishes coupled with Miley’s win at Central PA Speedway’s ‘Grizzly’ to cement themselves into the fourth, fifth, and sixth spots in the final championship rundown. Doors will open at 5:30pm while the “all you can eat buffet” dinner will begin at 6:00pm. The price of the banquet is $35, with free soft drinks and beer provided. There will be a cash bar for liquor.
